FOOD SERVICE includes, but not limited to, the following:
1. Performance evaluation of food service equipment.
Services also include facilities and non-process equipment.
2. Execute safety evaluations.
3. Carry out sound evaluations.
4. Layout equipment according to food service needs.
5. Professional upgrades of existing equipment and components for maximum efficiency.
6. Expert repair, restoration or replacement and installation of equipment.
These services are available on a scheduled or emergency basis.
7. Procurement of new and recycled equipment applicable to the service.
8. Serviced equipment systems include, but are not limited to, the following:
Mixing, ovens, frying, toasting, slicing, conveying, sealing, lidders,
shrinking, over wrapping, horizontal wrapping, freezing, cooling,
air compressing, drying and non-production.
9. Establish, implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
Employees will be trained in procedures required to maintain a
comprehensive preventative program.
10. Advise and train associates regarding proper equipment safety procedures.
